The shoulder is a very “busy” area of the body. Because of how many structures the shoulder has, it is important to warm it up as much as possible before extreme activities like tumbling and stunting. Using a band, perform each of these movements (10 reps) as part of your prep for practice, games, or competition! By doing so, you can decrease the chances of rotator cuff injuries!
