Meet the Doc

Dr. Travis Owens

Hi and welcome to The Cheer Doc. Over the years, Cheerleading has evolved tremendously and now is the time for cheer athletes to do the same.

The Cheer Doc is an online resource for cheer athletes, gymnasts, tumblers, and other acrobatic type athletes to learn how to improve athletic performance as well prevent injuries.

As a former collegiate cheerleader, cheer coach, tumbling director, camp instructor and now sports physician; my mission is to give back to the sport I love. Please subscribe and follow along. I look forward to working with you!
